Murrysville Economic and Community Development
have
assisted with. Our vision is to bring progress to
Murrysville’s Business District.

The Business Overlay with the Planning Commission has been approved by the Murrysville Council.



Rosa Court
is 100% leased with a 4,500 sq ft Italian restaurant opening in Fall 2013.

Goodwill Industries International has opened a donation and retail center in the Franklin Plaza.

MedExpress medical center has opened its tenth Pittsburgh location at the Franklin Plaza.

Dunkin' Donuts remodeled their building with an enhanced drive through service area.

Murray Plaza redevelopment is one of the many projects that have enhanced and complemented the ongoing 'Streetscape Project' in Murrysville.

Street repaving on Old William Penn Highway is finished
and the "Streetscape Phase I" portion is complete.
Many of the local businesses took advantage of the paving company's services by upgrading their customer parking areas at the same time.

Walgreens is now open for business.

Gatto-Foster Development Property is for sale (McDonald's intersection).

The "Buncher" parcel of land behind Rick's Sports Bar is available for sale.
